1. Definitions

• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by koko45 to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the koko45 website, creating an account, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. • Prohibited Persons: Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of koko45 staff are not eligible to register accounts or participate in promotions.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. koko45 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible.

4. Account Registration and Verification

To use the koko45 platform, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to:

• Provide your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number exactly as they appear on your government-issued identification documents.
• Create a secure password and keep your login credentials confidential at all times. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify koko45 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
• Submit identity verification documents (KYC) when requested by koko45, including but not limited to: Indonesian National ID (KTP), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 3 months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID next to your face.

koko45 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. All documents submitted for verification are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and retained only for the duration required by applicable law.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

koko45 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. Deposits are typically credited instantly during banking hours (08:00–16:00 WIB on weekdays) and within 24 hours outside banking hours.

You agree that all deposits originate from funds that are legally owned by you and not derived from illegal activities. koko45 reserves the right to refuse deposits from third-party payment sources or suspicious origins. Deposits made in currencies other than Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) may be subject to currency conversion fees applied by your financial institution.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested at any time via the account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• You must have met all wagering requirements for any active bonuses.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold (currently Rp 100.000).
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Accounts found to be using koko45 solely for fund transfers or currency conversion will be closed immediately.

• Bet Acceptance: koko45 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not considered accepted until confirmed by koko45 and recorded in your account history.
• Incorrect Odds: If odds are displayed incorrectly due to technical error, koko45 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

koko45 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, void bets, and withhold funds if any prohibited activity is detected. We may also report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, koko45 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the koko45 platform.
• Technical failures, including but not limited to server downtime, software errors, or network disruptions.
• Loss of funds due to unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Errors in game results, odds display, or bet settlement, provided koko45 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures.

11. Intellectual Property

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gambling regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which koko45 is licensed. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. 13. Termination

koko45 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity for more than 12 months.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the platform. Any remaining account balance (excluding voided bonuses) will be returned to you via your original deposit method, subject to verification and any applicable fees.
